Men on the Frontline
At WACHA Health, we are building a movement of change rooted in justice, innovation, and community action. We work to end gender-based and sexual violence, advance sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and provide innovative solutions for HIV prevention. We also champion the prevention of mental health disorders, promote socio-economic well-being for GSM and YKP communities, and drive climate justice and sustainable waste management initiatives. Operating across Mombasa, Kwale, and Kilifi Counties, our mission is clear: to create healthier, safer, and more just communities where every individual especially women, youth, and vulnerable groups can thrive with dignity.

Choosing Protection, Claiming Power
We bring healthcare to the frontlines making prevention accessible, trusted, and community driven. From Hepatitis B vaccination to everyday advocacy, we believe health is a human right, not a privilege. This is what empowerment looks like.

Power in your Hands
We champion reproductive justice by breaking stigma, promoting access, and empowering young people with the tools and knowledge they deserve. Because agency begins with access.

Raising His Voice Against GBV
One fist in the air. A crowd demanding justice. A movement refusing silence. This is more than a protest it’s a declaration. At WACHA HEALTH, we are confronting gender-based violence head-on. From press briefings to the streets, we’re amplifying voices, challenging systems, and standing with survivors. Because ending GBV starts with being heard.
